From the moment I checked in, the staff welcomed me kindly, so I was able to receive treatment in a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. The waiting area was quiet and clean, which was great for when I was feeling unwell. They carefully asked when my cold symptoms began, whether I had a fever or cough, and about any body aches, accommodating their questions to my physical condition. They didn't just brush off my issues as a simple cold; they considered my constitution and overall condition too. They provided acupuncture and treated me according to my body's needs, explaining the treatment process in a calm manner, which reassured me. After the treatment, they also gave me detailed advice on living habits and precautions that would help with my cold recovery.

The doctor was kind and seemed to know how to give injections well. The nurses were also friendly. I liked that it wasn't too crowded.
