I would like to visit the Oriental medicine clinic often when my shoulders feel stiff, but I feel burdened by the need to receive acupuncture every time I go. Is it possible for me to receive treatment without acupuncture?

I have a job where I use my shoulders a lot, so I receive treatment once or twice a week. The last time I received a massage, I was very satisfied. I'm not sure if acupuncture is effective for me.
