I'm not sure if I slept wrong, but I woke up with pain in my neck when I turned it, so I went to the hospital for a check-up. The doctor explained everything really well and the treatment was excellent. During the physical therapy, they started with a warm compress, which felt comforting and refresh

When it rains, my ankle hurts and throbs, but after getting acupuncture and a hot pack, I feel great. The doctor is really nice and does the acupuncture well.
