After hiking, I woke up to find bruising and pain around my ankle, making it hard to walk. My neck was stiff, and my back hurt. I visited Dr. Kim Byung-seong's clinic based on a friend's recommendation. I received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and came home with a prescription.
