Compared with visits to other hospitals in the past, this visit was comfortable overall. After arriving, it was easy to understand the process, from check-in through the consultation, and whenever I had a question along the way, I could ask a staff member right away. The necessary items inside the hospital were neatly organized, and despite the impression that it was a busy place used by many people, the overall upkeep was good. During the consultation, I was able to explain what was bothering me and receive the necessary checks. The medical staff also explained things in an easy-to-understand way instead of using only difficult medical terms, which helped me understand everything. It was also nice to be able to confirm what I should do next after the consultation was over. Even though it was my first visit, I didn’t have any particularly uncomfortable experiences, and overall it was a straightforward and satisfying visit. If I need treatment again somewhere nearby, I would consider coming back.
