I use the computer a lot, so my wrist started hurting with a tingling sensation. Applying a pain relief patch only helped temporarily, and I also tried wearing a wrist brace and using a mouse pad, but nothing seemed to help. In the end, I decided to visit a Korean Medicine Clinic. An acquaintance recommended this place, saying that someone they knew had gotten acupuncture here and recovered, so I decided to give it a try. The director and all the staff were very kind, and I felt comfortable while receiving physical therapy. Since it was a long-standing problem, I didn't get better right away after just one acupuncture treatment, but after a few days, my wrist seemed to feel a little more flexible. The physical therapy that warmed my wrist felt really good. It's also close to home, so I plan to visit whenever I have time. I sincerely hope my wrist feels better as soon as possible.
