At the Achasan loop trail, I leave home at 5:30 every morning, work out until 7:20, and then come back down.
This is a clinic where I go for Chuna therapy. The doctor is really kind and skilled. I went there because my back was weak, and after the first treatment, I felt so much better that I've been going regularly. You can really feel the doctor's dedication, treating patients like family.
