I think I slept wrong and woke up with back pain. During the consultation, the doctor said it was a muscle strain. After receiving an injection and getting my back warmed up with a hot pack, the physical therapy really relaxed my body, and I feel comfortable.
I visit for physical therapy often and it's really great.
