I went in for treatment because of migraines. They give such kind and detailed explanations, so it seems like they have a lot of patients. I can see why there’s always a long wait.

I went for a check-up because I had a cold and body aches. I got an IV and received a prescription, but the wait time was over 3 hours.

I came to Kim San Clinic for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. I have a lot of gas, can’t digest well, have stomach pain, and often deal with diarrhea and constipation. Dr. Kim San listens carefully to what the patients say and explains everything in detail, which makes the consultation time quite long. So I feel like the wait is always over 2 hours. There’s no cure for irritable bowel syndrome, but they say there are medications that can help alleviate the symptoms. Also, they advised me to control my diet—avoiding foods like flour, milk, sweet potatoes, garlic, ice cream, apples, and pears, and to exercise as well. So I’ve been doing walking exercises and am putting in effort to manage my diet. I’m really glad that Kim San Clinic is close by.

The doctors and nurses are all very kind. With the move to the new building, the facilities have improved, and the location is great too. There seem to be a lot of patients in the morning, so the wait can be a bit long.
