I often experienced swollen gums and bleeding, so I visited the dental clinic for gum treatment. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very kind and made me feel at ease. They thoroughly checked the condition of my gums before treatment and explained the current level of inflammation and the treatment process in an easy-to-understand way, which made me feel confident. During the scaling and gum treatment, they kept asking if I was uncomfortable, showing a lot of care and attention. After the treatment, they provided detailed instructions on the correct brushing technique, how to use dental floss, and lifestyle habits needed for gum care, which was very helpful. After the treatment, my gum pain and bleeding significantly decreased, making my daily life much more comfortable. Overall, the medical staff and employees were all kind and meticulous, resulting in a satisfying treatment experience, and I would love to continue receiving care at this dental clinic in the future.
