Recently, I was under so much stress that I was really tense, and I had headaches and felt angry, so I impulsively went to the hospital. While having my consultation and talking, I felt, well, a bit relieved, I guess you could say. It feels safe. After taking the prescribed medication and trying to think positively, I'm starting to feel a bit better.
