I caught a really bad cold because of the change in seasons. I’m taking medicine and hoping I’ll get better soon.

I think my cold is pretty bad because even though I've been taking over-the-counter medication, it hasn't gotten any better. So, I went to the hospital, got an injection, and started taking prescription meds. Thankfully, they seemed to kick in quickly!
