I tripped on the stairs and fell, hurting my toe, so I went to the hospital for an X-ray and a consultation. Thankfully, there’s no fracture, just a bit of a strain in the ankle muscles. After getting an injection and some physical therapy, I'm feeling more comfortable with less pain.
I had physical therapy for my back pain. They focused on the painful areas during the treatment. Thank you!
