I made a phone appointment and was happy there was no wait when I arrived. They examined me thoroughly and didn't push unnecessary treatments. The staff was friendly and explained everything well, so my child has been coming here since kindergarten.
The doctor is very thorough in their examination. They're friendly.
They explain things well so I can understand, and there's no unnecessary treatment. They only tell me what absolutely needs to be done, which makes me trust them.
