Not even worth a star. I wasn’t feeling well at all and went to get an IV around 2 PM when lunch break ended. There were only about three groups waiting, so I thought it would be over quickly, but I ended up waiting over an hour. It took so long that I asked the staff how much longer it would be, and all they kept saying was, 'You’ll be going in soon.' But when I thought it was finally my turn, they called in another patient first. Only then did it seem like the staff went into the exam room to check the order again. The waitlist management seemed really off from the start, which was frustrating. But what really upset me was how the doctor treated me. As soon as I walked in, they said, 'What do you want to do?' and 'Are you going to get the treatment?' in such a blunt tone. When I said, 'I waited a really long time,' the reply was **'I didn’t make you wait, did I?'** I couldn't believe my ears. I wasn’t blaming the doctor, just making a comment about the long wait, and I wondered if that kind of response towards a patient was appropriate. There was no apology, no explanation for the wait, and instead, it came off as **'So what do you want me to do about it?'** From beginning to end, I felt like I was dealing with someone who didn’t want to treat me and was agitated by my presence. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand waiting. But with no updates about the wait, the order management being a mess, and that kind of doctor response, I just couldn’t feel like continuing the treatment. When a patient seeks help when they’re unwell and gets treated like that, who could feel comfortable proceeding with the treatment? After receiving that kind of response, I couldn’t continue with the consultation. I was in pain, but I left the hospital feeling completely upset. I felt like I went to the hospital to get treated but only came back with stress. After experiencing it myself, I started to question whether those good reviews were even real. It felt so different from my actual experience, I wondered if the positive reviews were just advertising. At least, I have no intention of returning, and I wouldn’t want to recommend this hospital to anyone who asks around.
