I’ve been struggling with stress from changing jobs for the past three months. I started experiencing symptoms of burnout, which led to rapid weight loss and a degraded life, until one day I suddenly began having hyperventilation symptoms. I couldn’t breathe, my heart was racing, and I felt dizzy to the point of collapsing in tears. A friend suggested I visit a mental health clinic, so I went to Songyu Mental Health Clinic for an initial consultation. It’s small but has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that I liked. The doctor carefully checked my symptoms and prescribed medication. I experienced drowsiness as a side effect, but adjusting the dosage helped a lot. Now, my hyperventilation symptoms have improved significantly. The doctor is kind and I appreciate how they take care of their patients.

I couldn't sleep at night, so I visited. Rather than relying on medication, they advised me to change my lifestyle, and since I started taking the prescribed medication, my days have become refreshing.

It was my first time visiting this place, and it felt unfamiliar and a bit overwhelming, but all the staff were so kind, which was great!

The doctor and nurses were so friendly, which was great.
