I went in for a partial scaling. My previous dentist had left, so this was my first visit to a new clinic. They asked how I found out about them and, since it was my first visit, they asked me a lot of questions. Most places just do the scaling and that's it, but seeing them engage in conversation made me realize they truly care about their patients. I usually need to get scaling done frequently because of my tooth structure, and even though it was just a partial scaling, they did a great job without any signs of rushing. I felt a strong sense of trust. I plan to try a full scaling here next time. The clinic was also clean and spacious, which was nice.
