I visited Internal Medicine because of persistent heartburn and bloating. A few months ago, I had already undergone an endoscopy and was diagnosed with reflux esophagitis and a stomach ulcer. At that time, I was prescribed medication to relieve the heartburn and took it as directed. My symptoms seemed to improve for a while, but after I finished all the prescribed medication and some time had passed, the bloating and heartburn started again. I had blood tests and another endoscopy. Dr. Hwang Seong-jun explained that I had been under a lot of stress because of my busy schedule lately, which had also weakened my immune system, and that these factors had a significant effect on my upset stomach. He also said that my usual eating habits, such as eating greasy foods and a lot of flour-based foods, seemed to have contributed to the recurrence of the stomach ulcer. He kindly and thoroughly answered my questions. The inside of the hospital was clean, and the staff were friendly as well.

This hospital is located right across from St. Vincent's Hospital and has easy access since it's right on the roadside. I came here on short notice due to sudden stomach pain and dizziness. The doctor was Dr. Hwang Seok-jun, and after examining my abdomen, he suggested that it would be good to do a thorough blood test. We proceeded with the blood tests right away. Based on the results, we had a consultation about managing my triglyceride and cholesterol levels. The uric acid levels weren't great either, so we discussed the future treatment plan for gout. The hospital staff was friendly, and the waiting area was kept clean. I really appreciate how the doctor and staff took the time to explain everything in detail.
