I visited Godeung First Internal Medicine Clinic to get a flu shot. The facilities are nice, and the staff are friendly.

Fortunately, it wasn't severe, but it made me realize that even minor symptoms can worsen if left untreated. More than anything, I once again felt how much stress and fatigue can impact health. From now on, I plan to manage my immunity through plenty of rest and a regular lifestyle, and I’ll be proactive about addressing any unusual signs right away. This experience has deepened my awareness of the importance of health, and I am committed to taking better care of myself.
