I went in for treatment because of chronic pain in my lower back and pelvis. Usually, when I sit for long periods, I feel stiffness from my lower back down to my hips, and every time I lift something heavy, I get a sharp pain. I thought I shouldn't ignore it any longer, so I decided to visit TT
