I visited for my child's orthodontic consultation and examination. Right from the moment I walked in, the staff warmly guided me, making a great first impression. The waiting area was tidy, allowing me to wait comfortably. Most importantly, the doctor examined my child's dental condition very thoroughly. Instead of just saying that braces were needed, he clearly explained why they were necessary at this moment and what the process would look like going forward, building a lot of trust with me. After the X-ray and the oral examination, he detailed the orthodontic plan while discussing my child's growth rate and dental alignment and assured me that they would approach the process gradually in line with my child's growth rather than forcing their teeth to move. He also carefully informed me about how to manage the braces and what foods to avoid, which really helped me understand how to take care of things at home. My child felt comfortable and not scared during the treatment, which made me quite satisfied. The consultation was much more thorough compared to other dental clinics, and I didn't feel any sense of unnecessary treatment, which made me trust them even more. I'm planning to continue regular visits to proceed with the orthodontics.

They explained once again the precautions to take while eating during treatment and the proper brushing technique, which was very helpful. Compared to other places, their explanations were thorough, and they treated my daughter comfortably, so as a parent, I was very satisfied and it felt like this orthodontic clinic was the most popular in our area.

I don’t know if it’s just the fact that I’ve only seen aloof doctors before, but I felt more drawn to the director's warmth. My kids really do well with the medication prescribed at this clinic, so we usually get treatment here if we can. He kindly explains the purpose of the medications and the reasons for the prescriptions.
