In particular, Dr. Lee Young-gwang, who takes care of me, always greets me with kindness and warmth at every appointment. He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and is so thorough that he doesn’t overlook even the smallest details, so I always feel comfortable putting my care in his hands. The front desk managers who greet you first when you enter the clinic always welcome you with bright smiles and friendly service, which makes me feel good every time I visit. Dental clinics usually come with a certain sense of tension, but thanks to the thoughtful care of the doctor and staff, I’m able to receive treatment comfortably.
