I just came back from a dental check-up at my child's elementary school. During the check-up, they found that I have a misalignment, and I ended up hearing about braces, so I decided to get a consultation on that. The doctor isn't a specialist in orthodontics, but I heard from the consultation manager that they're a full member of the orthodontic association. After taking an X-ray, I had a detailed conversation with the physician. They were very kind, the clinic was clean, and the waiting area was spacious, so overall, I felt quite satisfied with my visit. In the past, I've gone to dental clinics that pushed for additional treatments like scaling or fluoride coating, but since nothing was mentioned here, I figured they might not be into over-treatment. I might check out other places for consultations, but I think I'll end up going back for my braces.
