I made an appointment and came in because my upper-right tooth felt sensitive every time I brushed~~ It was sensitive for 2–3 days after I drank lemon juice, but by the time I visited the clinic, it wasn’t sensitive anymore~ The doctor took a look and said that using whitening toothpaste while the gum area was exposed had probably made the sensitivity worse, and that if I had the same symptoms again next time, it would be fine to treat it then~ I always feel this whenever I visit, but they seem to minimize any work on my teeth and only do the treatment that’s truly necessary, which is reassuring~

I had scaling and five resin fillings done. The doctor was very kind and took great care during the treatment, so I didn't feel scared at all.

They also told me that because there are gaps between my teeth, floss doesn’t remove plaque very well and recommended using an interdental brush, so I bought one on Coupang today. I’m going to work hard to take good care of my teeth~
