I had to make an urgent visit because the restoration on a molar where I’d previously had an inlay came loose. Since it was unexpected and I didn’t want to start treatment all of a sudden, I just wanted to have it temporarily filled. You know how most clinics make you feel bad about that and strongly pressure you to get treatment while you’re there. But they didn’t do that at all here—they immediately gave me the temporary filling I asked for. The reception staff were also really kind when I called before my visit and they happily told me to come in.

I was scared to go to the dentist even though my gums were bleeding when I brushed and my teeth were sensitive. I held off going until my gums hurt badly enough that I finally made the effort to go. The doctor was so gentle and careful that I felt at ease and received treatment without any issues.

The doctor explained everything well, I was able to take pictures, received good treatment, and everyone was kind, so I was happy.
