Even if you have an appointment, you have to wait because there are so many patients. That said, the doctor is very thorough and really takes time to see you. Their skills are great too.
*I went based on a recommendation from a colleague, and the doctor is really kind and attentive. The reception staff and the physical therapist are also really friendly.
