The explanation about the diagnosis felt more like the doctor satisfying their own needs rather than focusing on the patient's understanding, which makes it uncomfortable for the patient to feel relaxed and at ease during the appointment.
The nurse and nursing assistant were openly discussing patient information and didn’t realize they were lacking in communication, even laughing at the patients. They should check if patients have any discomfort while working. There are too many unqualified medical staff.

It was around the time they were closing, but when I explained my situation, they kindly waited for me and I received excellent care. I was really grateful at that time.
The facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. The doctor is thorough in their examination and the nurses greet you with a smile.
