Everyone was kind and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The dental clinic is huge, taking up an entire floor of the building, and the facilities and lobby atmosphere were really nice and pretty. They took the time to explain each question I had, and even though there were a lot of patients, I didn’t have to wait long at all. It was great that when you make an appointment, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The lead doctor was also very approachable and talked to me a lot, which really helped me relax. He had a warm, down-to-earth vibe that left a strong impression. Since the doctor is very busy, I think it’s best to make appointments well in advance.

From July 2019 to January 20, 2025, I received treatment for 13 implants and crowns over 5-6 years. The facility is very large, and there are many hygienists and doctors, so it's a bit disappointing that I often have a different hygienist or doctor each time, but they were all friendly, the treatment went well, and the costs were relatively low, so I will continue to use their services.
