I fell on my way to work and hurt my arm, so I took some photos, but thankfully it's not broken. I got some ice treatment and a shot, and while I have a bruise, it’s getting better. The nurse explained to me to keep doing the ice treatment.

It seems like I spend about an hour getting treated every time I go. I do physical therapy, shockwave treatment, and then finish with a warm water bed that feels like a gentle wave. It leaves me feeling refreshed!
Recently, while I was looking for nearby hospitals due to wrist pain, I was referred to the doctor by a friend who said he was really good. Just as I heard, he was very kind and I received great treatment.
The doctor is kind and explains things very well. I also really like the physical therapy.
