I twisted my ankle while going down the stairs, and over time it started to throb and hurt, so I went to the hospital for an X-ray and a check-up. They said the ligaments were slightly stretched. After getting an injection and physical therapy, I'm feeling a bit better.
The doctor explained everything thoroughly, and the nurses were friendly. I had a great experience with my treatment! ~^^
