I just had a health check-up. The nurses weren't overly friendly, but they weren't unpleasant either. They just seemed to treat me comfortably. The doctor also explained everything calmly, which I appreciated. Especially since it was a female doctor, I felt more at ease.
Since the second department was closed on Thursday, I received treatment from the head of the first department. I really liked the kind and detailed explanations. His calm descriptions give patients a sense of trust and confidence.
