I'm leaving a review after getting cavity treatment at Onmaum Dental. I tend to feel anxious about dental procedures, so I had a lot of worries before my visit. However, the staff greeted me calmly and kindly from check-in, which made me feel much more at ease. Before the treatment, they took X-rays and explained in detail the location and extent of the cavities, as well as the treatment methods, duration, and precautions, which made me trust their expertise. They conducted the treatment in a way that minimized pain, and the anesthesia was administered slowly, so it wasn’t as painful as I had expected. During the treatment, they constantly checked to see if I was uncomfortable, which allowed me to relax. After the treatment, they thoroughly explained how to manage my teeth to prevent future cavities and also talked about lifestyle habits, which was really helpful. The clinic was clean and well-maintained hygienically, which put my mind at ease. Overall, I was very satisfied with how they considered the patients' perspective during care. I plan to use Onmaum Dental for my next treatment or regular check-up.
