During the pre-examination process, they asked detailed questions about my symptoms, which made me feel like they were checking not just the pain but also my lifestyle and recent condition. In the examination room, they explained my current status based on the test results in a way that was easy to understand, which helped ease my anxiety. They didn't push for unnecessary tests and focused on what was truly needed, which made me trust them. However, if the appointment times overlap, the wait might be a bit longer, so it's best to go with some extra time. Overall, it was a clinic I would want to return to if I wanted a calm and careful examination.
