Yesterday, I might have overdone it on my outing because when I woke up this morning, I had pain on the left side of my lower back, making it uncomfortable to bend or twist.

It's located on the 4th and 5th floors of the Royal Tower shopping building. You can park and take the elevator up. When you first arrive, you check in on the 4th floor. I received great care during my visit.
