대기실도 깔끔하고 정리 정돈이 잘 되어 있었고, 소독 냄새나 불편한 느낌이 거의 없어서 좋았습니다. 예약하고 방문해서 그런지 대기 시간도 길지 않았고, 안내도 친절하게 해주셨어요. 진료 전에 원장님께서 엑스레이와 사진을 보면서 제 치아 상태를 하나하나 설명해 주셨는데, 전문 용어만 쓰는 게 아니라 이해하기 쉽게 말씀해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 현재 어떤 문제가 있고, 당장 치료해야 할 부분과 조금 지켜봐도 되는 부분을 나눠서 설명해 주셔서 신뢰가 갔어요. 무조건 치료를 권하는 느낌이 아니라 선택할 수 있게 해주신 점이 특히 인상 깊었
