Hello. I am Lee Min-ho, the representative director of Seoul Midam Dental Clinic. I am a specialist in advanced general dentistry and graduated from the Graduate School of Dentistry at Seoul National University. The clinic is located on the 2nd floor of Geogu Building, 183 Banghak-ro, Dobong-gu, and our main treatment areas are preserving natural teeth, cosmetic dentistry, and dental implants. When a tooth is severely damaged, we first determine whether the remaining tooth can still be used. Even when decay has extended below the gum line, we assess the tooth structure, root, and jawbone condition before determining whether the tooth can be preserved through root canal treatment, post-and-core restoration, crown lengthening, and periodontal regenerative treatment. Depending on the condition, extraction may be necessary, and this determination can only be made after an oral examination and radiographic examination. For front teeth, we provide both prosthetic treatment and replacement prosthetic treatment. Depending on the cause of a prosthetic restoration or tooth being damaged or discolored, as well as whether root canal treatment has been performed, we select among composite resin restorations, bleaching of non-vital teeth, and zirconia or E-max Dental Crowns. Replacing existing prosthetic restorations is also one of our main treatment areas. We always create a diagnostic model to visually assess the requirements and expected results before proceeding with a new restoration. For front teeth, we also assess their color and shape in relation to adjacent teeth and the gum line. When necessary, we reconstruct deficient areas through bone grafting or CTG (connective tissue grafting) as part of the treatment.
