I recently found myself getting irritated more often and becoming sensitive to little things, so I decided to visit. I learned that I was experiencing emotional regulation issues due to accumulated stress. I have been combining therapy with psychological training, and by practicing stepping back and observing my emotions, I am gradually feeling calmer.

I felt a sharp pain in my head, so I visited. I received medication treatment and I've improved a lot. I'm satisfied.
