I visited for gum treatment after making an appointment. They kept the appointment time well. The hospital has become bright and cheerful after recent remodeling. They asked what discomfort brought me in, and when I said I was there for my regular gum treatment check-up, they confirmed the treatment and advised me to get a scaling first, then booked my gum treatment for a week later. I usually get scaling twice a year, and I tell myself to take better care of my teeth each time, but it hasn't been easy. The doctor said that I need to have gum treatment after scaling, which makes me a little worried. The nurse did the scaling thoroughly and kindly, so I felt at ease. I requested to correct a phone number that was incorrectly entered under a family member's name, and they helped me out politely. During the last treatment, they mentioned there were some minor cracks in my teeth, but they guided me that it wasn't urgent and could be done when necessary, which made me trust this clinic even more.
