I had the procedure for lumbar stenosis on January 17th, and I'm currently undergoing medication treatment. Recovery takes between 1 to 6 months, they say. I'm taking my medication properly and exercising diligently. I believe everything will turn out well thanks to the doctor and everyone’s efforts
