I was always scared of medical visits, but thanks to the doctor's warm smile and kind guidance, I felt at ease. I also enjoyed chatting together.

I've been struggling with insomnia recently, and my sleep schedule is all messed up, which is really inconvenient for my daily life. The doctor prescribed some sleeping pills, so I guess I need to work on adapting to a normal routine.
