☆I suddenly had dizziness and ended up going to the emergency room, where I found out I had BPPV. After a simple treatment, my symptoms improved a lot! They explained everything step by step and also gave me tips on how to prevent it from coming back. I'm so grateful for the quick recovery!

Maybe it's because it’s getting colder, but I have a stuffy nose and a sore throat. I have allergic rhinitis, so I usually wear a mask when I'm out, but there's not much I can do. I need to get good treatment, take my meds, and keep taking care of myself.
