Both the doctor and the nurse were very friendly, and they explained the diagnosis and treatment process in a way that was easy to understand, which was really helpful. It was particularly great during my health check-up.
I get my health check-up every two years. The doctor is kind, and the endoscopy nurse is really good at encouraging people who are lying down. Especially, the ultrasound technician is so, so nice. I was able to lie down comfortably and had a great exam.
The nurses were quick and kind, which reduced my waiting time, and the doctor was very nice and explained everything in detail.
I visited today for my regular check-up. The doctor asked about how I've been doing in the meantime, and after the ultrasound and blood tests, they will provide a prescription. The staff are very organized and kind.
The doctor explained everything kindly, and the nurses are friendly too. Thank you!
