The doctor is so great, but it takes so long to get a consultation. Even if I make an appointment, it usually takes four to five hours, so I hesitate to go when I really need to. It's a shame.

The doctor is kind, and perhaps because they have been practicing for a long time, there are many regular patients, so waiting for an appointment can take quite a while, which is a bit inconvenient.
