낮시간엔 그리 많이 먹지 않는데 이상하게 저녁 시간에만 배가 불러도 잦게 되는것 같아요 먹고 싶을때 껌을 살짝 십어주니 그나마 조금은 덜 먹긴하지만 습관부터 고쳐야겠어요
After dinner, I keep craving to eat more, so I'm 고민 (worried/stressed)~
Usually, I eat breakfast and lunch in moderation.
In the morning, I eat eggs and lots of vegetables, and before I know it, my stomach is full.
I don't really want to eat anything more even if I eat the fixed amount for lunch.
But the problem is the evening.
For dinner, I eat meat (protein) followed by brown rice and side dishes.
And drinking a cup of water and taking supplements should fill my stomach to some extent.
Until last month, it was just about this level and it was okay.
But now the quantity is insufficient ~
I want to eat more and actually keep eating~
I keep reaching for snacks~
Sometimes you end up seeing the bottom while eating.
After eating, a delayed feeling of fullness comes over me.
I think I ate a lot because I was relaxed in the evening, but I don't know why I'm so hungry.
After eating so heartily, I either go for a walk or do home workouts.
I eat too much in the evening ~
I don't know how to control it.
