Question: I keep waking up during sleep. I want to sleep deeply, but I don't know how.
I have posted about insomnia in the past.
I don't usually sleep a lot, but lately I haven't been able to sleep at all.
The problem is that I can barely fall asleep, but I wake up intermittently.
Dim the lights and go to the bathroom before going to bed.
I don't drink water before bed because I'm worried I'll wake up.
Even though I did this clearly, I wake up because I want to go to the bathroom.
Wake up even to a small sound...
I wake up even to the sound of the neighbor coming home late at night.
How can I sleep deeply without waking up in the middle?
After breaking a few times like this and waking up in the morning, I can clearly feel that the day will be difficult...
I'm not feeling well, so I can't even manage my facial expressions properly.
Having a headache all day while working lowers my quality of life.
For your reference, I do not drink coffee at all.
I used to enjoy drinking coffee and Hot Six in the past.
I developed insomnia because of caffeine, so I have now quit it.
I used to drink alcohol every day, but I stopped to lose weight.
But why do I keep waking up from sleep? ㅠㅠ
If anyone experiencing symptoms like mine has found a solution, I would appreciate it if you could share it.
