As I get older, I have to be careful about sarcopenia, which is the loss of muscle mass, and since I lack muscle, I feel my stamina also declines, so I have been diligently doing strength training for a few months now.
The areas I am focusing on exercising first are my arms and thighs.
Maybe because I walk a lot, my calf muscles are really swollen haha
However, even when I exercise, my arm and thigh muscles don't develop well.
Drooping arms and flabby thighs~
I am only exercising through home workouts.
Since Cash Home Training started, I have been frequently following the Cash Home Training [Slim Arms] and [Thighs] exercises.
Other arm exercises include holding a water bottle and bending and straightening the arms.
Thigh exercises are performed using resistance bands and exercise equipment.
One day focused on arm exercises, the next day focused on thigh exercises.
The next day, I took a break from strength training and went for a walk.
Since strength training causes tiny injuries to the muscles, and during the recovery process the muscles become larger and firmer, I am allowing time for recovery.
However
I've been exercising for a few months, but my strength isn't improving.
It seems that home training alone is not enough.
If anyone has achieved satisfying results from strength training, I would appreciate it if you could share your tips.
