Typically, LDL cholesterol levels of 160 mg/dL or higher are diagnosed as dyslipidemia, but as cardiovascular risk factors increase, the treatment thresholds for LDL decrease progressively to 130, 100, 70, 55 mg/dL, and so on.

To protect your health and life, you must check your appropriate cholesterol level.

 

LDL also requires proactive management before the age of 50, because men tend to develop obesity from a young age due to poor eating habits, while women may experience issues with lipid metabolism as estrogen levels decrease after menopause.

It is about faithfully following the basic principles of eating learned in kindergarten, and this professor emphasized that children should practice a kindergarten diet before starting medication treatment.

 

For patients who have just developed high LDL levels, it is recommended to first treat them through lifestyle modifications. If LDL levels do not decrease with lifestyle changes, then medication therapy should be combined with a kindergarten diet.
