When I lose my hair, I just sigh every time I look in the mirror.

Since aging can't be prevented, some people consider wigs. However, the foods we frequently eat can be the cause of hair loss.

 

 

◇Fatty foods

 

Greasy foods such as French fries and pork belly can cause hair loss.

Eating fatty foods increases triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood.

This makes the blood sticky and causes clots to form, hindering blood circulation.

If blood circulation is poor, nutrients are not properly supplied to the scalp, which can easily lead to hair loss.

Biotin is a type of vitamin that is involved in carbohydrate and fat metabolism and male hormone secretion.

However, the avidin component of raw eggs binds to biotin in the intestines and prevents its absorption.

A lack of biotin in the body increases the risk of hair loss.

◇Brazil nuts

 

It is known that the selenium component in Brazil nuts can also cause hair loss.

Selenium, when consumed in moderation, helps prevent aging and improves vitality.

Be careful because excessive consumption can lead to hair loss. It is called 'cellonosis'.

Common symptoms include hair loss, brittle nails, abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue, and skin rashes.

The upper daily intake is 400 ㎍. Brazil nuts contain about 75 ㎍ of selenium per nut.

    뭐든 과하지 않아야죠. 
    원래 하루 한알이라해서 견과류에 들어있으면 딱 한봉지만 먹는답니다. 
    날달걀은 원래 안먹으니.. ㅎㅎ
