못된 습관 버리고 좋은 습관 가져서 작은 얼굴 한번 가져볼까요 ㅎ 감사해요 ~
1. High or low pillow
If you sleep with a low pillow, you may feel uncomfortable and have trouble sleeping without knowing why. If you are accustomed to a high pillow, you should adjust it even for the sake of a smaller face. An excessively high pillow can compress the cervical spine, the uppermost part of the spine, leading to disc problems. On the other hand, using a pillow that is too low is also not good. A low pillow can hinder smooth blood circulation during sleep, making the face easily swell. If you don't want to face a round, tray-like face every morning, you should use a pillow of appropriate height.
Lie face down and sleep.
You can tell a person's tendencies just by looking at their sleeping posture. Sleep habits influence not only personality but also minor health issues. If you find lying on your stomach comfortable, you should remember that you are often engaging in behaviors that put strain on your jaw joint. This can cause the jaw to protrude and lead to sinusitis, so if you want to maintain a youthful face, avoid sleeping on your stomach as well as spending long hours reading books or using your phone. The habit of biting the jaw can also cause facial asymmetry and make the face appear larger, so for the same reasons, you should be cautious.
3. Blank expression
Even if life is boring and most days are difficult, you should develop the habit of forcing yourself to smile. This is because if you maintain a blank expression, your face will gradually sag and become larger. Since smiling uses facial muscles, it's good to keep a face that appears to be smiling in everyday life. Additionally, when you smile, the corners of your mouth tense up. I also recommend practicing mmm-ing exercises with your tongue. If you press your tongue against the roof of your mouth and breathe through your nose, you can develop a jawline and achieve a slimming effect.
4. Turtle neck
Turtle neck correction that creates a straight shoulder instead of the trapezius muscle and corrects posture instead of neck and lower back disc issues. It also has the effect of making the face appear smaller. Due to prolonged studying, computer work, and excessive smartphone use, turtle necks are becoming more common. Turtle necks, which disrupt concentration and cause headaches, are bad habits that must be corrected. As muscles develop in the back of the neck that supports the face, they pull the face backward, naturally making the face look much smaller.
5. Not getting a massage
If you even avoid touching your face when washing, start again from today. What is called face yoga simply means facial massage. Use a gua sha tool to reduce swelling and relax the muscles in the face and the lymph nodes in the neck connected to the face. Clear features and firm skin are never achieved overnight. Reflect on your long-standing habits and start by valuing yourself to establish healthy routines.
