Hello~ I lost 20kg through home workouts alone over 8 months, and the remaining 10kg was gradually and healthily lost through gym workouts and swimming.
I have lost a total of 30kg!!
The starting weight was 98.7 kg.
My current weight is 69kg~~
I lost up to 66kg, but lately I've been cheating a lot.
I've gained weight!! But!! I will never give up
It is ongoing!! Exercising 6 days a week, and sticking to the diet diligently.
I'm doing well^^ I can't go to the gym.
It's absolutely not that I can't do dieting!!
I'll share my know-how on losing 20kg and a home workout video^^
First of all, the diet plan
I absolutely did not fast.
When we fast, our body declares a state of emergency.
By using muscles rather than body fat as energy, the body shifts to storing fat, leading to a decrease in basal metabolic rate.
In other words, it will change to a body type that gains weight easily!!
So, you should never do a diet that involves eating less at all costs.
It doesn't work!! For your reference, I only want to eat bland chicken, chicken thighs, and chicken breasts, so I searched for diet recipes on YouTube.
I really followed a lot. The YouTuber I received help from is

I didn't watch their videos and do it every day.
When my cooking skills improve to some extent as a dieter
I end up figuring out how to make various things on my own^^

First of all, even if you do home training
Strength, cardio, and stretching were all done in order~
Most of the strength training was divided into upper and lower body.
I have seen Takku Couple, Biyakspit, and Vitamin Shin Jini many times.
I found that I was most effective with cardio.

I alternated between the two of them day by day.
I really, really saw a lot of positive effects!!
It's a one-hour video, but the movements are easy and the music is lively.

It's not an exaggeration to say that I lost 20kg with this video.
I've been doing it for a very long time.
Sometimes, when I don't feel like going to the gym, I do this video at home^^
However, since my stamina has increased significantly now, this exercise alone is not enough.
It doesn't feel difficult at all~
